Welcome to the Railroads of Indiana!

The Railroads of Indiana (ROI) is a voluntary association of regional, shortline railroads operating in Indiana.

Indiana’s rail network provides safe, efficient and environmentally friendly transportation service to all areas of the state. Railroads provide the state with jobs, industrial development opportunities and tax revenues.

ROI is committed to bringing together railroads, suppliers and consumers.

Next ROI Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 19th, 2026. We will be meeting at the Madison Railroad located at 1121 W JPG Woodfill Rd, Bldg 216 in Madison, IN @ 11 AM.
